Power Intervals is the perfect app for changing pace/routines or anything that occurs in regular intervals including:
- Exercise (working out)
- Running, jogging
- Cardio
- Elliptical, stairmaster
- Bicycle, treadmill
- Cooking
Power Intervals can be customized to countdown from 1 minute to 24 hours.
It can be set to trigger at 30, 60, 90, and 120 second intervals.
The trigger can be a sound and/or vibration (iPhone only).
It will work while the iPod app is playing.
It will work while the device is sleeping.
There is a unique trigger with sound and vibration to signal the end of the countdown.
